DanceDanceRevolution ULTRAMIX4

Release Information

  • Release date: November 14th, 2006.

General Information / Changes

  • Fourth and final X-Box DanceDanceRevolution title.
    • It's also the only ULTRAMIX game with no European counterpart.
    • It was sold at $29.99, versus the $40-50 range of the earlier games in the series.
  • Interface is based on ULTRAMIX2, though the interface has been changed quite a bit.
    • Banners are now displayed at the bottom center as opposed to the top.
    • A new font for BPM has been introduced.
    • Foot ratings are replaced with a bar with little pegs representing feet.
  • Song and artist information are now displayed to the immediate left of the GROOVE RADAR and are now in the center.
    • Instead of rectangular boxes with the song and artist name for other songs to the left and right of the currently displayed song on the music select screen, banners are shown instead.
  • Only ULTRAMIX title to save scores in BEGINNER.
  • Only ULTRAMIX title to feature songs from contests - it includes four winning songs from the Broadjam.com DDR Song Contest.
  • Only X-Box DanceDanceRevolution title to have YUNI and AKIRA playable. They replace EMI and RAGE.
  • All older DanceDanceRevolution songs (including Dancemania licenses and new DLC packs) have received new banners, with the exceptions of AM-3P, BLUE IMPULSE (for EXTREME), MONDO STREET, TEARS, and WAKA LAKA.
  • Total songs: 71 (not including DLC)
