- Clear any two songs while playing as Sebas★chan.
- Clear two songs credited to Hiroki Koga's Naya~n alias. Entrance cannot be used to fulfill this requirement.
- Clear a song with "METAL" as part of its genre as either the FIRST or SECOND STAGE, and have the number 78 (goroawase for Naya~n) appear in the last two digits in one of the stage result totals (i.e. MAX COMBO of 78, or seven BADs and eight GOODs).
- Once any of the three requirements has been met, Holy Forest will appear in the SECRET category on FINAL STAGE.
- As of October 15th, 2003, it is automatically unlocked.
- Holy Forest marks the debut of Hiroyuki Shibata on the pop'n music series.
