cyber beatnation 2 -Hi Speed conclusion- is the second compilation album released through the beatnation Records label. As the title suggests, the album focuses on songs with BPM over 180. All but one of the 16 tracks (exception being the extended version of Thunderbolt) are remixes.

The album is slightly megamixed by Ryu☆. Also, a megamix of two minutes which comprises all the songs from the album is available here.

• All the songs in the cyber beatnation 2 -Hi Speed conclusion- album involve Ryu☆, either as the original composer or as a remixer of songs.
• cyber beatnation 2 -Hi Speed conclusion- is the only beatnation Records album released between the suspension and the revival of the label.
• Another long version of Thunderbolt, titled Thunderbolt (BD MIX), appears on 青龍's first album, BLUE DRAGON. This version has the vocal samples from previous 青龍 songs removed.
• waxing and wanding (JAKAZiD's 新月 Remix) marks JAKAZiD's last appearance to date in BEMANI.
• beatmania IIDX 20 tricoro song Re:GENERATION was originally written for cyber beatnation 2 -Hi Speed conclusion-. However, as noted by TAG himself in the song's production information, it didn't appear on the album as it was not 180 BPM nor a remix of another BEMANI song.
• Mermaid girl (Ryu☆Remix) uses the album cover of cyber beatnation 2 -Hi Speed conclusion- as its jacket in the REFLEC BEAT series.
