General Information / Changes

  • First PLUS release since DanceDanceRevolution 4thMIX PLUS.
  • A new "level adjustment" feature is now available, where you will be recommended songs to play if you fail the first stage. This is only available when playing without an e-amusement pass or if you have not cleared a level 7 or higher chart.
  • A new BGA plays in the selection menus.
    • In addition, a new set of BGMs are used, replacing the ones from A20.
  • The crowd audio clips are much more quieter and play less often in-gameplay.
  • New songs: 14
  • Total songs: 911

Dan Courses (段位認定)

Much like in beatmania IIDX, or DanceDanceRevolution X's DANCE DRILL COURSES, Dan (段位認定, also known as Class) are ranked so that each course is harder than the last. Unlike the beatmania IIDX series, the starting level in DanceDanceRevolution is 1st Dan (初段).

Dan courses can only be accessed at the beginning of a round of Premium Play; courses are different between Single and Double. For more information on the songs in each course, please see this page.
