Biographical Information

VJ GYO, along with HES, shiro, F-FLY, and MAYA, is one of the members of the IIDX team's "VJ Army," creating videos to go along with each and every one of the songs in IIDX. VJ GYO is to IIDX video production what NAOKI is to DDR composition, and what dj TAKA is to IIDX composition: the real workhorse figure. Not only has he been involved since the beginning, but he is also likely responsible for many of the generic videos, as well as some of IIDX's signature characters, such as Tran, Acty Aries, Tora Yamato, and the SPEEDY CATs racing team of Mika, Yuri, and Akane.

VJ GYO has also occassionally lend his drawing skills to Pop'n Music, including drawing Tran's 2-D look, as well as creating several assorted characters for the more recent games (the most recent being the two kids and a dog in the song Let's Go Out! from Pop'n Music 14 Fever).

VJ GYO recently appeared as one of the shogi competitors in the video for GOLDEN CROSS. It is his first video appearance.
