Expert Course Songs (Old Songs)

ee'MALL songs

Most songs must be unlocked via collecting points. Points can be collected by playing arcade mode (regardless of result, you'll get points, but passing it will score you higher), or mini game in special mode. ee'MALL songs from previous CS games are unlocked by default.

Unlocking Information

  • To unlock hidden songs, player must play arcade mode under condition provided by short introduction before select mode (such as "Pass challenge mode with total 90 challenge points or more." ,"Pass a song with HID+SUD options enabled.", "Collect 5 items in taisen mode." For passing that condition, you'll get a hidden song (sometimes you'll get 2 hidden songs, sometimes are "Expert Course" & their respectively songs.)
  • Hidden songs are unlocked in a series of "Episodes" as mentioned above. You'll have to unlock all songs in each episode to move onto the next one. In later episodes, the requirements to unlock songs are more difficult.
  • Another way to unlock a hidden song is to complete a "Fever Robo", every time you can complete any mode in arcade mode, you'll construct a Fever Robo in few percentages (around 5%). When you complete a Fever Robo, you'll get a "Fever Robo" song.

Time Unlocks

For those who don't want to go through the above, you can also turn the unlock system off and unlock songs based on time played in Arcade Mode. Note that ONLY time spend on actually playing the songs counts (not music select, results screens, or Game Over messages), and you can not use Free Mode to pass time.

  • Episode 1: 4 hours
  • Episode 2: 4.5 hours
  • Episode 3: 5 hours
  • Episode 4: 5.5 hours
  • Episode 5: 6 hours
  • Episode 6: 6.5 hours
  • Final Episode and the HELL and KIDS courses: 7 hours

Temporary Unlock Codes

If you don't want to go through the trouble of unlocking songs through episodes, you can temporarily unlock a set of songs from a specific episode at the Press Start screen, which have to be entered every time you play Arcade or Free mode. Played songs will not be saved. The buttons correspond to the buttons on the Pop'n Controller from left to right.
