General Information / Changes

  • Slogan: (30)奏。主役の血統(レジデントDJ)は、進化を止めない。(Sanjuusou. RESIDENT DJ wa, shinka wo tomenai.)
  • Theme: Nightclubs and DJs
    • Both themes reference the "RESIDENT" subtitle, which derived from the term Resident DJs, as well as commemorating its 30th installment of the beatmania IIDX series.
  • First beatmania IIDX game to run at Full HD (FHD), or 1080p.
    • The Definition Type is re-added on the title screen, though it would display as either HD (for standard cabinets) or FHD (for LIGHTNING MODEL cabinets).
    • During the location tests, the background video wasn't expanded when playing without a SCORE TARGET or second player, presumably due to the increased screen resolution.
