Release Information

• 1st alpha test (open): September 2nd, 2015, 14:30 - 20:00 JST
• 2nd alpha test (closed): October 22nd, 2015, 12:00 JST - October 28th, 2015, 23:59 JST (limited to 5,000 applicants through balloting)
• Release date: December 1st, 2015.

General Information / Changes

• First home release of the beatmania IIDX series since beatmania IIDX 16 EMPRESS + PREMIUM BEST.
  • It's also the first PC release of the beatmania IIDX series. It requires the eAMUSEMENT CLOUD service to run.
  • A monthly subscription costs 1598 yen/PASELI.
• Song list is mostly based on beatmania IIDX 17 SIRIUS.
• First beatmania IIDX game to not include a number in the title since beatmania IIDX substream.
• An INFINITAS ID is given to each KONAMI ID.
• Interface is brand-new, though SPADA was used as the basis for its features.
• Two new assist modifiers are introduced: KEY ASSIST and ANY KEY. Clearing songs with either of these modifiers will count as an ASSIST CLEAR.
• Background music was composed by Sota Fujimori.

Trial Version

A trial version is available on the INFINITAS website. When booted, the only buttons are START and EXIT. Selecting start will do an autoplay of 5.1.1. Single NORMAL, then return to the title screen.
