• Final PlayStation 2 IIDX game. This is also Konami's final PS2-exclusive game released in Japan.
• Rival data was collected from May 13th through the 31st.
• First IIDX CS style that contains two discs; one contains the EMPRESS songs and some revivals, and the other, called Premium Best, contains the rest of the revivals. Revivals come from every IIDX AC game.
• First IIDX CS game where all the CS originals have generic videos.
• First IIDX CS game to not have unique pictures from beating DP Kyu courses, and the first where all 10 SP/DP Dan courses don't have their own individual pictures.
• First IIDX CS game since CS Happy Sky to not have beatmania revivals.
• First IIDX CS game with new CS songs in which L.E.D. did not write a new song.
• First IIDX CS game since CS 10th style not to have an animated intro at the beginning of the game.
• Archive Mode in Premium Best contains art from all the IIDX games. The only exceptions are the bikini pictures, all of which have been removed (to keep the games their A rating).

Hidden Commands

EXTRA STAGE BGM/EMPRESS PLACE in Free Mode

1. Go into Free Mode and select options
2. Go to start, and immediately press and hold the START and SELECT buttons
3. The extra stage BGM and animation will be on, and EMPRESS PLACE can be accessed.

Note: Can only be accessed once per play, and playing EMPRESS PLACE in Free Mode will not earn any jewels.

NΦ CRIME

Select the song, then immediately hold SELECT until the song loads to play the Japanese version.

REGUL-SPEED

1. Hover over a song beginning with R and hit the SELECT button
2. Hover over a song beginning with E and hit the SELECT button
3. Hover over a song beginning with G and hit the SELECT button

The option will be activated. All songs will be made exactly 150 BPM.

ALL-SCRATCH

1. Hover over a song beginning with A and hit the SELECT button
2. Hover over a song beginning with S and hit the SELECT button
3. Hover over a song beginning with C and hit the SELECT button
4. Hover over a song beginning with R and hit the SELECT button

The option will take effect while S-Random is active.

RED/HOLD OPTION SELECT

Certain modifiers can be altered further. The following options turn red and do the following when you hold the key down on that option:

Unlocking the music selection BGM on either the EMPRESS or Premium Best disc unlocks them on the other.

• L.E.D. - play HYPERION or JEWELLERY STORM.
  
• BLACK STAR - play You'll Say"NOW!".
  
• EXTRA - play Programmed World as your Extra Stage.
  
• EMPRESS PLACE - enter EMPRESS PLACE on Extra Stage and play one of the three songs in it.
  
• Past Styles BGMs - Play any song from that style. Some have to be done on Premium Best.

In standard mode the 3 songs played must meet these requirements:

• They must all be cleared with an AA or higher (INCLUDING the third one)
• The combined difficulties of the three songs played should be 10 or higher on Single Play and 7 or higher on Double Play
• None of the following mods may be used: RANDOM, MIRROR, 5KEY and A-SCR in Single Play and in addition BATTLE in Double Play

Sweets extra stages

BITTER CHOCOLATE STRIKER

• Full Combo clear 20 songs on any difficulty.
• on any type of EXTRA STAGE, clear any song by L.E.D. with a AA or higher on any difficulty.
  • MIRROR, A-SCR, 5KEY or BATTLE may NOT be used. RANDOM is okay.

不沈艦CANDY

• Clear all dj TAKA songs on the EMPRESS disc on any difficulty. (THE SAFARI, lights, quasar, One More Lovely, AA, rage against usual, 冥, 嘆きの樹, V2, 天空脳番長危機十六連打)
• On EXTRA STAGE, clear any song by dj TAKA other than Time to Empress with a AA or higher on another.
  • MIRROR, A-SCR, 5KEY or BATTLE may NOT be used. RANDOM is okay.

Colorful Cookie

• Clear all 10 courses, any difficulty, in EXPERT Mode.
• On EXTRA STAGE, clear any Bemani transplant song with a AA or higher. (Jack, たまゆら, 凛として咲く花の如く, B4U(BEMANI FOR YOU MIX))
  • MIRROR, A-SCR, 5KEY or BATTLE may NOT be used. RANDOM is okay.

EMPRESS PLACE

In Standard Mode, play three songs' whose difficulties add up to 21 or more on Single or 18 or more on Double.

• Note: This has become easier on Empress CS, as it doesn't even require normal extra stage conditions to be fufilled. The exact requirements are currently unknown.

Clear Programmed world on another with hard on, AA or higher. 3y3s will automatically start.

卑弥呼

Get a jewel on all 3 empress place songs, when you get the third and each time after that 卑弥呼 will automatically start.

• Images are unlocked each time you improve your EX score for a revival song. Each revival song unlocks pictures from its style.
